Why all the "Pornea"?

Pornea is a Greek Word that means fornication/prostitution.

It's where we get the modern word, "porn."

It is a forbidden lifestyle and practice in both the Bible and most of history in all the world.

Today it is still forbidden in most of the world, by population, though popular entertainment and pornography via the internet is changing people's views fast.

Pornea is a prominent root of today's rampant

1. sex trafficking / slavery / prostitution
2. child sex abuse
3. rape, intimidation abuse
4. anxiety, depression & suicide
5. shame and insecurity
6. something called "ek-pornea," which we won't discuss here now
7. sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS
8. unwanted pregnancies, terminated pregnancies
9. abandoned, single mothers
10. the deserting of marriage
11. inability for amazing women to find a good husband today
12. the divorce epidemic

Because of shame, this subject has been swept under the rug for decades since fornication was popularized in the West.

The term, "fornication" (sex outside of marriage) was commonly known throughout the world in virtually all prior generations and locations to be negative and have negative consequences. For sex to rest securely within the protection of marriage was common sense, and was guided and enforced by parents, siblings and relatives, societies at large, and governments. But there have always been individuals who tried to defy the idea, for selfish reasons.

In the West, fornication was made "acceptable" as an experiment during the 1960s in "the Sexual Revolution." That was actually a pendulum-swing reaction to a previously overly strict and fearful attitude toward sexuality ("prudefemme" or "prudery").

Why didn't the revolution last? Because it went against common sense and the natural rhythm and design of life. It was a failed experiment, and society largely went back to "normal," and largely pendulum swung back to "prudery," which is fear and ignorance based.

But Hollywood continued steadily attempting to influence the US culture, and the world, on this subject. Indeed, they have "led the charge." Part of this was philosophical: California script writers and directors were still faithful soldiers of the sexual revolution, and they sought to change the views and ways of the whole culture. This has been openly admitted many times in public interviews. Their goal, which they achieved through subtle hints and ideas, little by little, included:

• Diminish authority of parents and create distrust and distance between them and their kids
• Popularize "cool" and "cute" as the ultimate desire—not stability, not economic security, not love, not marriage
• Remove "fornication" from modern vocabulary and make terms like "seduction" and "manipulation" largely unknown
• Remove the image of marriage from society in 99.9% of entertainment
• Remove the idea of sexuality being moral or ever potentially having negative consequences
• Normalize fornication as a lifestyle

The second driver was from media network executives in New York. They weren't trying to change people's views, morality and lifestyles. They just wanted more money! If movies and shows pushed boundaries too fast, the public wouldn't watch or would protest. But if they pushed sexual boundaries with hints and little by little, it would bring in more money as the public would keep following as it's being "lead astray." So this is how it was done.

Music was bolder since people's attention would be more on the rhythm and beat and there were less scenes involved. But it was also a big tool used to loosen up society.

I saw the transition personally in my lifetime. I was both a victim of it, a perpetrator, and I also escaped some of it.

What motivated those influencing all these changes? The root is a philosophy called hedonism, combined with materialism and atheism/agnosticism.

Hedonism is the belief that pleasure is the highest good, always acceptable, and the greatest pursuit. The problem with this is it's a lie that always ends in pain, on the part of the victim and on the part of the user. Materialism is the idea that all that exists is the physical; there is no spiritual or moral. The problem is that science and experience proves this to be lie too, a blinding lie. Atheism/agnosticism says there is no God—no higher power or creator—so therefore no real morals or standard of accountability, no judgment.

The combination of these three false ideas creates permission to hurt anyone in ones path to getting maximum pleasure.

Now this next point is also very important. Behind the combination of these three philosophies is often hurt, pain, disappointment and abuse from a person or religion that is ultra-strict and forces "morality." So at the root of the ongoing "sexual revolution" that has gone on from behind the scenes, was a pendulum-swing reaction.

Let's move on to three more ingredients in this war, which have caused countless casualties: 1) pornography, 2) broken households, and 3) the school system.

The next sinister ingredient in the mayhem unleashed on Western society was legalizing prostitution on film. This was done in the name of "free speech." (However, whenever hedonists have gained wide influence, they eventually seek to ban any speech that goes against or even questions the ideas they are promoting). This started very small, which is the biggest reason it was tolerated. But abuse designed to give people extreme pleasure, with no threat of punishment, will create fools and pain in society as it grows bigger and bigger.

Broken households are characteristic in the US society, post the legalization of "pornography." The divorce epidemic ensued. Father's leave the household because of divorce, commonly around the kids age of puberty. The kids typically blame themselves—at the least they suffer from a hole in their heart. That pain creates a search for pleasure. So people go out, unsuspecting, with real needs, and get hurt—over and over again.

Lastly, the school system. The Western school system was started by Christian missionaries, in order to try to teach the Bible to children in mass. The problem is that it lacks a personal touch, and it's run by the government, who sees children as a number. Parents care most for the kids. They were given by God to protect, provide for, and guide the kids. Historically, most have done this with natural care and love. But they can't protect their kids while in school.

Ideally, teachers and peers can help with healthy development, as "it takes a village to raise a child." But with so much abuse in our land today, teachers and peers often become the influencers that pull our into really bad decisions and abuse.

I've identified here, "why all the pornea." The goal of this is to bring clarity to a darkened environment full of traps. But I always want to give great hope: there is an end to it.

There are solutions for this. And those of our kids who utilize the solutions will soar on eagle's wings of liberty, above the wreckage on Earth.
